Pre-School 18 months (walking) - 5 years PARENT/ TOT – (Ages 18 months -3) Parent assistance-45 minute class 1 time a week. The Parent Tot class includes: stretching, small and large motor skills, rhythm and dance skills, mat work, mini balance beam, mini trampoline, obstacle course, and basic tumbling. We ask that a parent assist the child during the class. (This is a non-recital class) Taught in 6-8 week sessions Priced per session TOT GYMNASTICS Tot Preschool classes are for girls & boys ages 3 through 5. 45-55 Minute class. Students work independently with their coach and learn basic gymnastic skills as well as balance, coordination, tumbling, and cognitive development skills. Participants develop self-confidence, good motor coordination and self-discipline in a fun, safe, and positive environment. During class, students interact with each other and their coach while engaging in active learning. They learn useful skills while increasing their fine motor skills, flexibility, spatial awareness, balance, coordination, self-confidence, self-discipline, and listening skills. Students also learn how to take turns, wait in line, dance, jump, climb, run, laugh, roll, and follow directions. This class may be split into age groups as follows: Tiny -Tot Ages 3 and 4 Years In this class, your gymnast will amaze you as you work together on our challenging obstacle courses. Adult participation is required to assist young gymnasts with skills of all sorts! Proper body positions and basic tumbling skills are introduced, and we use the apparatus each week. Tumble -Tot Ages 4 and 5 Years With their new found independence, gymnasts participate in this class sans parents/caregivers! Previous skills are perfected, while new ones are introduced. Gymnasts will use all the apparatus, as well as “big kid” tumbling…..cartwheels, rolls of all kinds, etc. A great foundation for any budding gymnast! Kinder -Tot Kindergarten Students Ages 5 and 6 Years In the last of our tot series, your kindergartener will begin to combine skills with proper form and execution. You will be amazed at the confidence your kindergartener displays while walking on the beam, swinging on the bars, and combining tumbling skills on the floor. This class prepares the gymnast for our longer, elementary school aged classes. Progressive Gymnastics Program Our girls’ progressive classes are for ages 5 and above. Gymnasts are grouped by her individual ability level and age. Our student to instructor ratio is kept small, usually 6 to 8 gymnasts per coach, allowing every child to get the most individualized instruction possible. Level advancement is based on on-going evaluation. Dress code for girls is a leotard and fitted shorts. Hair must be tied up out of the face. NDG offers beginner (levels 1 & 2) Intermediate (levels 3 & 4) & Advanced developmental gymnastics classes that are skill based. Students will be primarily working in rotations that consist of one instructor spotted station with other independent stations. In the independent stations, they can safely work the skill broken down into segments and strengthening. They will work on progressions derived from the USA gymnastics levels programs. Once skills are learned you will be notified that your child is ready to move to the next level. |

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Monthly Tuition Policy
Tuition Policy Registration fee (non-refundable) is due upon enrollment (one child - $39.00, 2nd child $39, 4th &5th child free). Registration is not complete until the registration fee is paid along with all proper forms signed.
Our tuition is based on the agreement for at least 32 or more classes/ functions between mid August and our recital or gymnastic show in May and is paid in 10 monthly installments. Tuition includes classes, performances, rehearsals, spring fling, and the recital at the end of the year or anytime an instructor must be present with your child. Tuition is due the 1st of each month and become delinquent after the 8th. We accept ACH Draft, cash and checks.
Family Discounts
We realize it can be costly to let our children enjoy the arts and sports these days. We are fortunate to be able to offer Dance studies as well as Gymnastics classes for our students. “Best of Both Worlds” We try to offer discounts to our families so they may be able to try all opportunities possible. We will continue to offer 10% discount off all additional family members in the same household and Registration discount for 3 or more siblings. Our cap for classes will be $179.00 per student, Monthly for any amount of classes that your child qualifies for.
2nd Location Discount
A 20%-25% discount off your 2nd location will be offered to students taking at both our facilities. To determine price for 2 locations take location 1 @ full price and location 2 @20 %-25% discount(depends on type of class) To allow students a variety, remember we have put a cap on all classes at $179.00 Monthly per student. This will include both locations so that it may help you with further.
