Ms. Lisa began teaching dancers in 1977. Lisa began early dance training at the Marilyn’s School of Dance in the disciplines of Ballet, Jazz , Tap, Baton and Gymnastics. She later attended classes at the Civic Ballet, and trained and instructed for the Ballroom Dance Association. She also studied many levels of Tap under Al Gilbert, gymnastics and cheer classes for instructors and coaches. She is a member of USAG, RAD, ADTA and many other dance and gymnastic organizations. Originally from the East coast she has trained, performed, taught and choreographed in Delaware, Virginia, Washington D.C. Pennsylvania, New York City, Kansas, Alabama, Georgia, Louisana, Texas and Europe. In 1983 Lisa moved to Germany, became an aerobic and Dancersize instructor as well as danced and choreographed for USO shows in Europe. In 1987 moved to Kansas, Lisa became the director for Eldorado’s Gymnastics and Dance programs. Moving to Montgomery Alabama in 1990 she managed and taught at Borland’s School of Dance . Became the owner and director of the Lisa’s Dance Dimensions in Millbrook in 1991. In 2009 she opened her second location for gymnastics, Next Dimension Gymnastics. A competitve and recreational gymnastic academy member of USA Jr. Olylmpic Gymnastics. Her dancers & gymnasts have received many awards for their overall performance in dance and gymnastic competitions regionally and nationally. Her additional performance credits include work with Paramount Parks Productions, Radio City Rockets, Six Flags , Walt Disney World, Orlando, Sugar Bowl, and Carnival Cruise Lines. Her focus is to also maintain her student's active roll in community performances.
